What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running a high-quality, compliant OSHC service where safety and fun go hand in hand
• Leading and mentoring a team of educators — coaching them to be their best
• Designing creative, engaging programs that primary school kids genuinely look forward to
• Being the go-to person for families, school staff, and your wider community
• Handling the operational side rostering, enrolments, quality improvement — with the support of a team behind you
• Championing a culture where every child feels safe, seen, and celebrated

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) — this is essential
• 3+ years’ experience in OSHC or early childhood education, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Current Blue Card
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates — or the willingness to obtain
• Genuine love for working with kids and developing the people around you
• Strong communication skills and the kind of calm, organised energy that teams rally behind
