What we're looking for

1. A current Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) qualification or equivalent recognised qualification Cert III or Diploma

2. A passionate educator with a sound understanding of the EYLF and a commitment to supporting children’s individual growth.

3. A vibrant personality with the energy to inspire and engage young learners.

4. A team player who values collaboration and communication with colleagues, families, and the community.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues

6. Passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing in a play-based, inclusive environment

7. Ability to remain calm, patient and nurturing in a dynamic early learning setting

8. Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice

9. Flexibility and willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team

10. Experience in early childhood settings is highly valued
