About Us

Opened in September 2025, Little Lane’s Montessori Children’s House is an exciting new service in Doncaster, Melbourne, designed to provide nurturing, child-focused education and care. We are committed to supporting our local families and children with an environment rooted in the Montessori philosophy.

The Role

This is a great long-term opportunity for an experienced and qualified Lead Educator to join our team at Doncaster.

Skills & Requirements

• 0-3 Montessori Diploma (Non-Negotiable)

• Has minimum 2 years experience in a Lead Educator role

• English as native or fluent language essential

• A current and valid Working with Children's Check (VIC)

• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• A current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
