  • Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding enrolment, timetables, College processes, support services and general campus life across face-to-face, phone and email channels.

  • Coordinate student communications and engagement activities, including information sessions, workshops, events and activities that enhance the overall student experience and sense of community.

  • Support agent and stakeholder relationships by responding professionally to enquiries from education agents, counsellors and external partners.

  • Assist with agent training sessions, campus visits, briefings and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Represent Kingston International College professionally in meetings, briefings and events with students, agents and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor student feedback and issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance student satisfaction and service quality.

  • Provide day-to-day campus operations support, including room and event set-up, coordination of resources, basic facilities reporting and liaison with internal teams to support smooth campus operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and systems, including student contact logs, orientation attendance records and updates to student information and communication platforms in line with College procedures.

  • Support compliance with ESOS, the National Code and RTO/CRICOS requirements by following established procedures and referring regulatory matters to the appropriate manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will be mature, confident, professional and service-oriented, with the ability to engage effectively with international students and diverse stakeholders.

You will have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to students, agents and other stakeholders. You will also have a polished professional manner and the ability to represent the College positively in a range of settings.
