Room Leader – Babies Room (0–2 Years)

Leaps & Bounds Preschool is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to lead our 0–2 years room at our boutique preschool in Highgate. Licensed for 48 children, our service is known for its warm, community-focused culture, strong relationships with families, and commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

About the Role

As the Babies Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–2 years. You will foster secure relationships with children and families, support educators in their daily practice and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous experience working with children aged 0–2 years

• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team
