The Role:

As our Centre Manager , you will lead with passion, purpose, and professionalism. You will be pivotal in shaping the culture and learning journey within our centre, empowering educators, and fostering relationships with families to deliver the highest quality early learning experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspire and Lead: Be the heartbeat of the centre, motivating and supporting our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences.

• Create Connections: Build strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and engaged in their child’s early learning journey.

• Champion Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and compliance with all regulations, upholding the highest standards of safety, education, and care.

• Innovate and Inspire: Support the team to Develop, implement, and maintain an inspiring curriculum that reflects our values, responds to the children’s interests, and fosters lifelong learning.

About You:

• A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

• A proven track record in a leadership role within early childhood education.

• A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with childcare systems, strong understanding CCS management
