You'll oversee a portfolio of centres, lead a group of Centre Managers and be backed by a head office team that genuinely invests in its people. The organisation is growing — and so can your career.
  
What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Centre Managers across a Sydney portfolio, with occasional travel to Newcastle
• Grow enrolments, occupancy and revenue across your services
• Drive NQF compliance, quality ratings and continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, resource allocation and operational performance

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager across multiple childcare centres
• Diploma or ECT Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and NSW regulations
• Sound financial acumen — budgets, occupancy and P&L
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
