About the role

PlayPatch Annerley Early Learning is seeking passionate and experienced Lead Educators and Educators to join our vibrant childcare team. There are full-time and part time opportunity based in our Annerley, Queensland location. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our care, ensuring they develop and thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs and activities for children aged 0-5 years

2. Providing a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

3. Observing and documenting children's progress and development, and using this information to inform future planning

4. Building strong relationships with families and involving them in the learning process

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations, policies and procedures

6. Participating in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for

1. Diploma of Early Childhood and Care

2. Demonstrated experience working in a similar childcare or early learning environment

3. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

5. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care

6. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

7. Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
