We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Painting and Decorating Trainer and Assessor to join our team at our Perth campus in a Contractor basis .

In this role, you will:
Deliver nationally recognised training and assessment in Painting and Decorating
Guide and support students from all walks of life, helping them build skills and careers
Maintain accurate and compliant records (including assessment and attendance)
Actively participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or higher qualification in the trade)
Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Relevant and recent industry experience to maintain currency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for mentoring and empowering students
VET delivery experience is highly regarded (but not essential if you’re ready to learn)
