We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Painting and Decorating Trainer and Assessor to join our team at our Perth campus in a Contractor basis .

In this role, you will: 

• Deliver nationally recognised training and assessment in Painting and Decorating 

• Guide and support students from all walks of life, helping them build skills and careers 

• Maintain accurate and compliant records (including assessment and attendance) 

• Actively participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes 
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or higher qualification in the trade) 

• Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) 

• Relevant and recent industry experience to maintain currency 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Passion for mentoring and empowering students 

• VET delivery experience is highly regarded (but not essential if you’re ready to learn)
