Position: Educator (Part-time, 20 hours per week)
Salary range: $38,053.60 - $42,369.60 per annum (Inclusive of Worker Retention Payment - WRP and $3.55 per hour regional allowance) + additional allowances and superannuation
Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

As an Educator with One Tree Kalkarindji Children’s Service you will support the team to ensure the service is providing high-quality early childhood education in a remote Aboriginal community. Selection criteria

• Minimum one (1) year’s experience in an Educator role
• Experience working within a remote community
• Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children’s learning
• Strong communication skills and ability to support a team
• Ability to advocate for children’s rights and role model positive relationships with children

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Kalkarindji, NT
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current and valid NT Ochre clearance 
• Clear National Police clearance (less than 6 months old)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
