Deaf Connect is excited to recruit a newly established Manager – Program Operations position as part of our evolving Education team structure.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to influence how our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operates, strengthen compliance and quality systems, and help shape the future of education and training services across Deaf Connect.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, RTO, you'll lead key operational functions across Deaf Connect's education and training services, including program administration, compliance, quality and program design.
As part of a new leadership structure, this newly created role will help strengthen operational performance, student outcomes and compliance across the RTO. Working closely with Education leaders, you'll drive continuous improvement, optimise systems and processes, and support the delivery of high-quality, student-centred learning experience, while ensuring efficient and compliant funding management.
