About the Position - We are growing (Semester 2 Start)
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centred Teacher Part-Time (0.6 FTE) to join our passionate team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of our senior education deliver (years 10-12), working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new program from the ground up.
You will support the planning and delivering a high-quality educational programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum, QCAA applied, QCAA short courses, and relevant community and pathway opportunities. You will work alongside teaching and support staff to contribute to students’ individual educational and wellbeing goals.
The successful candidate will support delivery of innovative learning experiences and build positive relationships that enhance student participation, confidence, and success, both within the classroom and in the wider community. This role plays a vital part in creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where young people can connect, grow, and achieve.

What you'll bring
A strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum (F–10) and/or QCE requirements
Experience designing and delivering inclusive, engaging learning experiences
Understanding and application of trauma-informed practice and restorative behaviour approaches
A commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs, including low literacy/numeracy, neurodiversity and mental health challenges
Queensland College of Teachers registration and a valid driver’s licence
