You'll ideally have:

• Are working towards your Diploma qualification in a relevant field, or at least two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA approved qualification
• Previous experience within caring for children (ideally in a early childhood, OSHC, Primary or community services setting)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
