About Cerberus: One Tree Defence Childcare Unit Cerberus is located on the HMAS Cerberus Navy Base, surrounded by beautiful local flora & fauna and the green of the Cerberus Golf Club. We operate, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 5:30pm.

Join Our Team at our Cerberus Service as a Casual Educator!
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Educators to join our supportive team at our Defence Child Care in Cerberus.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing high-quality care and education for children.
About the Role We are looking for Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible and available to work across Monday to Friday
- Able to work a variety of shift times
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic team players
- Able to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Essential Requirements - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
- Current Mandatory Reporting/Child Protection Training
- Strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
