About the Role

You will be working collaboratively with your team to create a high-quality, child-led curriculum that supports curiosity, agency, and belonging.

What You'll Do:
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and the wider community
• Reflect and engage with the philosophy and practices of Kardinia Early Learning
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
