Mercedes College is a Catholic secondary school for girls in Years 7 to 12, governed by Mercy Education Limited and grounded in the Mercy Tradition. POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking two Education Assistants to join our Inclusive Education team:
One ongoing position
One Semester 2 leave replacement position
The successful applicants will play an integral role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), disabilities and gifted or talented abilities. Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider Inclusive Education team, you will assist in creating engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environments that enable every student to achieve her personal best.
As a valued member of our College community, you will build positive relationships with students, staff and families, contributing to a culture of care, respect and belonging. You will also support the broader life of the College through participation in co-curricular activities and school events where required.
