You'll work as a team with Lead Educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and support personalised support strategies to remove barriers from participation. About the role:

. Passion for quality care and support of children’s growth and development

· Motivated to support your Room Leader to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation

· Work 1-on-1 supporting children with Inclusion Support alongside other Educators

· Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted in setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down activities

· Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practice

· Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment

· Work set shifts, 5 Days a week.

· Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support the child better as well as support children to integrate
