About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to support the homeschooling and development of a young child within a unique family environment.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. Working within an established homeschooling program, you will support learning through play, exploration and real-world experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and independence. Working within an established educational framework, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and incorporate your own strengths, interests and expertise into the child's learning journey.
This is not a traditional classroom-based teaching role! In addition to supporting the child's educational, social and emotional development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, events and activities, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to take a hands-on approach when required.
Travel forms an exciting part of the role and may include interstate and international trips, educational excursions and special events. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional overnight stays, outdoor environments and flexible travel arrangements.
The role operates on a rotating roster, including some weekend work, with flexibility required to accommodate travel, excursions and special events.
