We are a boutique 36 place service located in Greenacre Sydney. We’re looking for an exceptional and passionate Early Childhood Teacher or experienced Diploma near completion of the Early Childhood Degree (no applicants who are wanting sponsorship) who is ready to join a supportive, energetic team where your ideas matter and your growth is genuinely valued.

 You will design engaging, fun play‑based learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a positive, reflective team culture. Your creativity, professionalism and commitment to best practice will help shape a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and inspired. You will create safe and engaging spaces that support children to thrive.

About You

· Bachelor of Early Childhood or ACECQA‑approved equivalent or experienced Diploma near completion of the Early Childhood Degree

· A warm, enthusiastic early childhood professional who thrives in a team

· Strong programming background and sound understanding of the EYLF, Aboriginal 8 Ways of Learning, NQS and Child‑Safe practices

· A reflective practitioner who values relationships, creativity and continuous improvement

· Bring professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm to each day

·Strong leadership and communication skills working alongside a team of experienced educators

·Motivation; displaying initiative and having demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment

· A commitment to professional learning

·Competence in all areas of early childhood compliance, legislation and WHS

·Full working rights in Australia

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
