We are recruiting for trainers with expertise in:
Carpentry (CPC30220)
Building & Construction (CPC50220)
Wall and Floor Tiling (CPC31320)
Painting and Decorating (CPC30620)
Solid Plastering (CPC31020)
Wall and Ceiling Lining (CPC31220)
Stonemasonry (CPC32320)
Roof Plumbing (CPC32620)
Glass and Glazing (MSF30422 / MSF40422)
Cabinet Making and Timber Technology (MSF30322)
Multiple full-time, part-time and casual positions available.
Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions.
Conduct practical workshop-based training and workplace simulations.
Assess student competency in accordance with training package requirements.
Provide timely and constructive assessment feedback.
Support students throughout their learning journey.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
Participate in assessment validation and moderation activities.
Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs, CRICOS requirements, and internal policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and compliance activities.
Monitor student progress and provide intervention support where required.
Assist with industry engagement and stakeholder relationships.
Essential Requirements:
A relevant qualification at least to the level being delivered and assessed, such as:
Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, Trade Qualification, or higher in the relevant discipline.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Industry Experience
Current industry experience relevant to the qualification being delivered.
Demonstrated vocational competency and currency.
Strong understanding of industry practices, tools, equipment, and workplace expectations.
Experience delivering training to international students.
Experience within a CRICOS environment.
Experience participating in validation and moderation activities.
Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or higher qualification.
Work with a growing and reputable CRICOS RTO.
