We can't wait to meet you! Our brand-new Charlemont home is almost ready… and we already imagine everything.

The walls are shiny and tall. The floors are waiting for tiny dancing feet. The gardens are ready for exploring hands, and the playgrounds are calling for climbing, jumping, and rolling in the sun.

We imagine rooms full of songs, stories, blocks, and big splashes of paint. We imagine leaders who spark curiosity, guide big thinking, and help us discover the world around us.

We need a leader with a big heart, a playful mind, and a passion for learning — someone who can inspire our educators, bring our curriculum to life, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child.

As our Educational Leader, you'll be:

• A guide for pedagogy, supporting high-quality practice across the campus
• A mentor and coach, building capability and confidence in educators
• A champion for children's learning, curiosity, and development
• A key partner in embedding our curriculum and continuous improvement
