Jenny's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre Bathurst is currently looking for a Diploma Educator to join our team. When you join our organisation, you join a family of team members who are dedicated and committed to putting the education and development of our children first and foremost.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced full time Diploma Qualified Educator. In conjunction with a team of professional Educators, you will provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education to meet the needs of children in a group setting within a safe and healthy environment in co-operation with parents, colleagues and community professionals.

This position is for an immediate start!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, implementing and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups in accordance with approved curriculum frameworks.

• Participating in healthy eating and physical activities with children

• Consistently encouraging and supporting children by providing meaningful and open interactions that promote a child's sense of belonging, being and becoming.

• Sharing two way, meaningful information with families about a child's progress, relationships, interests and experience,

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• MINIMUM 2 years experience

• Leadership Skills

• Strong Time Management

• Have previous experience as a room leader

• Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.

• Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.

• Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications

• Hold a Working With Child Check clearance (or completed the application process for a new Check).
