The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as exceptional leadership skills.

Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria

• Hold a current first aid certificate

• Hold a current Working with Children’s Check

• Have a strong understanding of the Early years learning framework

• Excellent communication skills 

Be able to meet one of the following options

• Hold a relevant 4-year bachelor’s degree in early childhood

• Have successfully completed 50% or more in their Early Childhood Degree

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood and be actively working towards a bachelor’s in early childhood
