Raw Talent is an Australian-owned workforce platform and staffing partner 
supporting childcare centres across Australia.

We're helping centres reduce staffing stress, build stronger casual workforces and gain greater visibility over their educators through a combination of technology, workforce solutions and personalised support.

As we continue to grow in South Australia, we're looking for an experienced and well-connected early childhood professional to become our Workforce Partner for the region.

This is not a recruitment role. This is a relationship-focused position where you'll work alongside centre directors, area managers and service operators to support workforce outcomes across the sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our South Australian Workforce Partner, you will become the local face of Raw Talent.

You'll work closely with existing clients, build relationships with new centres, strengthen educator engagement and help us better understand the needs of the South Australian market.

You will:
• Visit childcare centres and maintain strong relationships with centre leaders
• Support clients and identify opportunities to improve workforce outcomes
• Introduce centres to new workforce solutions and technology initiatives
• Build partnerships with training organisations, TAFEs and universities
• Assist with educator engagement and workforce growth initiatives
• Gather market intelligence and provide strategic feedback to leadership
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across South Australia
• Represent Raw Talent at networking events and industry functions

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who understands the realities of running and supporting childcare services.

You may currently be, or have previously been:
• Centre Director
• Assistant Director
• Area Manager
• Operations Manager
• Educational Leader
• Early Childhood Consultant
• Trainer and Assessor
• Service Manager

You will bring:
• Strong knowledge of the early childhood sector
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and initiative
• A genuine passion for supporting centres and educators
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Confidence engaging with centre leaders and business owners

REMUNERATION
This position is offered as an independent contractor engagement initially.
Indicative earnings:
• Retainer of $4,000 – $6,000 per month
• Performance incentives for client growth and workforce development initiatives
• Additional bonuses linked to agreed outcomes and milestones
