Trainer / Assessor for UEE62122 Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology – Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions for the UEE62122 Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology – Electrical course.

• Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

• Provide academic support and guidance to students, including mentoring and advising.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.

• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other college activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• An Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology - Electrical or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related qualification to UEE62122 Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology – Electrical.

• Certificate IV Training and Assessment, or are willing to obtain this qualification.

• At least 3 years of industry experience in Electrical work /Electrical Engineering or a related area.

• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
