Tertiary students are provided with practical work experience opportunities to observe and perform tasks under supervision, to complete the mandatory work placement component of their Early Childhood course.
Tertiary students studying toward a qualification in Early Years, can apply for and must outline the placement requirements as set out by the educational provider. The placement will be unpaid.
What you’ll be doing:
Hume Early Years operates and provides kindergarten and long day care services for children aged 0-6 years of age. A tertiary student placement in one of our Early Years Services will give you the opportunity to:
