Hi, my name is Aurora, I’m 3 and a half years old, and Guess what?! There’s a super cool job just waiting for someone like YOU! If you love helping Children like me learn, laugh, and grow, we need you!

We’re looking for a friendly, awesome Kinder Assistant Educator, toddler assistant and breaks reliever who can help us with:

·      Learning fun stuff! Like reading stories, solving puzzles, and doing art.

·      Exploring new things! Science experiments, exploring nature, and fun games!

Hi there, my name is Amy, and we would love you to come and join the best team of Educators in the WORLD!

Our Frankston south centre is reaching out for an ECT, toddler assistant and breaks relieve to join us.  We are all about communication and really enjoying the journey with our little learners.

Amazing play spaces are so important for our Children, Families, and Educators so we can all feel comfortable and happy in a warm, natural environment.

It’s all about dimmed lighting, Doterra oils and diffusers in each room, relaxation music in the entrance area to invite all our Families and Children into the most tranquil, calm, and inviting atmosphere.

We love our Reggio Emilia influenced classrooms with all natural resources offered to inspire our children, whilst offering our amazing Educators a beautiful place to spend time with each other and their Children.

Small classrooms are a must for our Children, so they can feel safe and secure, every day.  These small class sizes also create a calming feel as you step into our rooms.  Our Families often comment on how peaceful it is as they walk through the centre, we have even been told on many occasions that it feels like a day spa.

We want our Children to be capable, confident, and ready to walk out of FiRST early learning, knowing that they were so well cared for, and they had the best start to early education.

A few things that you will need:

• Certificate III or above (Kinder teacher must be VIT registered, this is a must)

• Working with Children's check

• A willingness to learn about Reggio Emilia inspired programs.

• The ability to communicate both verbally and written.

• Work alongside a caring team.

• Love spending time educating and having fun with children.

• Really want to care for our little learners, they’re so important
