We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated UAC Admissions Lead to take ownership of our UAC admissions operations and drive continuous improvement across admissions processes, systems, and stakeholder engagement. 

 About the Role 

Reporting to the Manager, Admissions Systems, you will lead the operational delivery of UAC admissions across UNSW College. You'll be responsible for managing offer rounds, admissions processing, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You will also play an important role in projects and cross-functional initiatives, representing Admissions in working groups, providing subject matter expertise, and helping to drive business outcomes. 

This role is ideal for an admissions professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, process improvement, and working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of UAC admissions operations.  

• Coordinate UAC offer rounds, admissions processing, and reporting activities.  

• Ensure compliance with UAC requirements, College policies, and relevant regulations.  

• Analyse admissions data and provide insights to support decision-making.  

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of admissions systems and data.  

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  

• Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.  

• Provide guidance and support to staff on admissions policies, systems, and processes. 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

• Experience working within a tertiary admissions or student administration environment. Experience with UAC, VTAC, QTAC, or a similar admissions centre will be highly regarded. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent Admissions in meetings, projects, and cross-functional forums. 

• Experience participating in or leading projects, business improvement initiatives, or system-related changes. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data and preparing reports. 

• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.  

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and service excellence.  

• Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in admissions, student administration, or a related field.
