About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
  • Inspire and mentor your team to achieve Meet/Exceed National Quality Standards
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
  • Use your commercial and marketing acumen to drive sustainable growth

About You

You are an experienced and motivated leader who thrives on making a difference:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a Centre Manager role
  • Strong track record in achieving operational, compliance, and occupancy targets
  • Passion for leading and developing people
  • Current Working with Children Check
