We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Lead to join our dynamic team in 2027.

The Wellbeing Lead (Year Level Coordinator) is responsible for leading the holistic pastoral care and behaviour management programs for their designated year level. This role focuses on the social, emotional, and academic wellbeing of students, ensuring that they are supported in a safe and nurturing environment. By promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and responsibility, the Wellbeing Lead contributes to the overall positive learning environment of our College, fostering both individual student growth and a sense of community across the school. The Wellbeing Lead is expected to fully support, and convey to the students our ethos. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working from our Rothwell Campus.

About you

This position would suit someone with commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College. The suitable candidate will also have:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to key responsibilities.

• Demonstrated ability to teach Year 7 – 12 in at least one Learning Area with expertise and passion, leading to improved student outcomes

• Demonstrated capacity for self-management, collaborative decision-making, being a member of a collaborative team, and the ability to accept, promote and manage change.

• Proven ability to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, set priorities, be well-organised and able to work under pressure.

• Demonstrated good level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to staff, students, parents/guardians and the wider College Community.
