We are looking for a Director of Inclusion to take on a role in our growing Inclusion department.

This is a full-time position commencing in Term 3 or as negotiated with successful candidate.

About Your Approach

• Lead a team of inclusion coordinators and learning support aides to assist students with additional needs across Primary, Secondary, Early Years and Distance Education

• Support and guide our EALD support staff and department

• Foster a Christ-centred learning environment that encourages spiritual and academic growth

• Collaborate with a passionate team of educators and leaders

• Establish support plans and provide support to staff, parents and students

• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

• Participate in extracurricular programs, pastoral care, and community events

• Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement

• Support students with inclusion needs at our college and produce the necessary documentation

About You

• Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community

• Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary or Secondary teaching, or equivalent

• Qualifications in Inclusion or EALD are highly desirable

• First Aid/CPR Certification required, or willing to obtain.

• Passionate about student wellbeing, engagement, and learning outcomes

• Experience in leadership and inclusion support is essential

• Work both autonomously and collaboratively as a team.
