At QCE Child Care, we're looking for our next Rising Star Child Care Trainee to join our team and begin an exciting career in early childhood education.
No experience is required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development. We'll provide the training, mentoring, and support to help you become a confident and qualified educator.
Please note: This is a full-time traineeship position. Applicants must be available to work full-time hours and have the right to work in Australia without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

šØ Assist with creative activities, storytelling, music, outdoor play, and learning experiences

š Learn practical skills and knowledge while completing your qualification
Assist educators with daily routines including meals, rest times, transitions, and supervision
Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive
Participate in centre events, celebrations, and community activities
You bring a great attitude to work each day and enjoy contributing to a positive team culture.
You don't need experienceāwe're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and excited to develop new skills.
You communicate well, enjoy working with others, and can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
