About the Opportunity

Bourke & District Children’s Services is seeking motivated and reliable Diploma or Cert III Qualified Educators to join our early childhood team in a rural and remote NSW community.

This role is ideal for educators looking to grow their career, gain broader experience, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families in a regional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Support children’s development across all learning outcomes

• Contribute to program planning, observations, and documentation

• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment

About You

• Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

• Current Working with Children Check (NSW)

• Sound understanding of EYLF and NQF

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable

• Ability to work in a structured and compliant environment
