ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary role of this position is to train staff in the Acquisitions team in processes relevant to their role and in so doing deliver an exceptional customer experience.  The scope of this position includes assessing capabilities and development needs, the evaluation and enhancement of training material including modules in an E learning platform. There will be a requirement to work closely with the Software Product Owner to ensure any enhancements are quickly relayed to the floor. The Trainer will be required, on occasion, to deliver face-to-face training and be responsible for the onboarding of new employees. 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training with in-depth knowledge of SG Fleet products and ordering, delivery and settlement functions
  • Consultation with stakeholders to identify and prioritise and develop Teams knowledge about key company initiatives and products, events, and industry insights including collaboration on upcoming process and technology changes
  • Design and deliver technical training programs across all SG Platforms including implementation of measures to ensure competencies and learning outcomes are achieved
  • Employ a variety of training delivery methods to increase competency and drive efficiency
  • Assist with change management activities and deliver training to team members on all operating platform
  • Partner with the Customer experience team to enhance initiatives to lift NPS
  • Maintain training records and create operational training content and assets
  • Upskill, facilitate, and provide training solutions based on customer feedback through the CX Programme
  • Spot check operational processes in line with quality and accuracy to identify training needs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • A sound working knowledge of SG Fleets Operating platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all times and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership experience, Excellent stakeholder Management
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to learn how to create training plans, training material and to train individuals and large teams
  • A competent level of computer literacy
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and to manage resources and time effectively to achieve outcomes
  • Skills in designing development learning and assessment materials and resources is desirable
