We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Certificate III/or Working towards Diploma Educator to join our wonderful Team.

Your Role

As an Educator at First Steps Learning Academy, you will:

• Make children laugh while they learn!

• Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment

• Deliver and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

• Observe, document, and support each child’s individual learning journey

• Actively contribute to a team culture that is fun, professional, and supportive

What You’ll Bring

• As a minimum, ACECQA Approved Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, or working towards your Diploma Qualification

• CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude

• A love for planning fun, educational experiences that inspire young minds!
