About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside experienced educators to provide high-quality education and care for children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You will support children's learning and development while building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in the implementation of educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

• Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members

• Contributing to observations, documentation, and program planning

• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current NSW Working With Children Check

• Work rights to enable you to work in Australia.

• Current knowledge of Child Protection legislation.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with young children
