An exciting opportunity is available for an ISS (Inclusion Support Services) Support Worker to join our Preschool Room on a part-time, Monday to Wednesday.

As an ISS Support Worker, you will provide individualised care and assistance to children with additional needs in our Preschool Room. You will work in partnership with families, educators, and external specialists to help build an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes each child's development and wellbeing.
Deliver one-on-one support for children with additional needs
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and therapists to implement tailored strategies
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children
Adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and organisational policies
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Work collaboratively with the broader team and contribute to a positive team culture
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards qualification)
Previous experience supporting children with additional needs in an early learning environment
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A current Child Protection (CHCPRT025/CHCPRT001) certificate or willingness to obtain
Current first aid qualification approved for early childhood settings:
HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
NSW Police Check or willingness to obtain
Strong knowledge of inclusive practices, child development, the National Quality Standards (NQS), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
The ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and external support professionals
