Alive Catholic Early Learning Centre Hove is a thriving 90-place service supporting children from 6 months to 5 years of age.

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience working within an early learning environment is highly desirable.
• Current South Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• ACECQA-approved First Aid qualification (HLTAID012) or willingness to obtain.
• Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certification, or willingness to obtain.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team with permanent positions ranging from 30 to 38 hours per week available.

As an educator at Alive, you will:

• Build secure, responsive and respectful relationships with children and their families.
• Actively engage in children's play, conversations, routines and learning experiences throughout the day.
• Provide attentive supervision and contribute to safe, calm and nurturing learning environments.
• Support children's development through intentional teaching and meaningful interactions.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced and passionate educators.
• Foster children's confidence, wellbeing, independence and sense of belonging.
• Contribute to planning, reflection and documentation that meaningfully captures children's learning.
