Condell Park Christian School (CPCS) is seeking a committed Christian educator to join our Secondary team in a part-time teaching capacity (0.4-0.8 FTE). This is an exciting opportunity to serve in a growing Christian school community that is passionate about Christ-centred education and the development of young people through a distinctly Biblical worldview.
Condell Park Christian School is a co-educational independent Christian school located in Sydney’s south-west, currently serving students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 10. The School was established by Christian families seeking an education grounded in God’s Word and continues to operate under the spiritual oversight of Faith Baptist Church, Regents Park. Our mission is to provide quality, Bible-based Christian education that equips students academically, spiritually, and personally for lives of faithful Christian service.
About the Role
The successful applicant will:
Teach classes within our Years 7–10 Secondary program
Demonstrate strong classroom management and effective teaching practice
Integrate a Biblical worldview naturally and faithfully across teaching and relationships
Work collaboratively within a small and supportive staff team
Contribute positively to the spiritual and pastoral life of the School
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Support the School’s commitment to academic diligence, Christian character, and student wellbeing
The exact teaching load and subject allocation will be determined according to the strengths and experience of the successful applicant. Experience in teaching Music and/or PDHPE is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a committed Christian with an active involvement in a Bible-believing church
Demonstrate agreement with, and support for, the School’s Statement of Faith and Christian ethos
Hold appropriate teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation
Hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check
Demonstrate a passion for Christian education and the spiritual development of young people
Possess strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Be willing to contribute to the broader life of the School community
