Lead a highly regarded, community-based early learning service rated “Exceeding” under the National Quality Standard.
Through Road Early Learning (TREL) is a well-established, not-for-profit 44-place centre in Camberwell, providing high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 6 years, including funded 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten programs. We are known for our strong community connections, supportive culture, and commitment to inclusion and child wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Manager / Nominated Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations, compliance, and leadership of the service.
In the role you will;
Lead and manage centre operations, compliance, and quality outcomes
Mentor and support a stable, experienced team of educators
Foster a positive, inclusive and child-safe culture
Build strong relationships with families and the community
Support continuous quality improvement and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), including ongoing review and improvement of policies, procedures and practices
Work closely with the Committee of Management

About You
You are a collaborative and values-driven early childhood leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care. You bring strong operational capability, a commitment to child safety and inclusion, and the ability to build positive relationships with educators, families, and the broader community.
ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification
Demonstrated leadership experience in early childhood, mentoring, and team development capability.
Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, VEYLDF and Child Safe Standards
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
Passion for community-based early education
It would be beneficial if you had experience with SmartCentral, KIMS, Arrival, PRODA, Deputy, and/or similar systems
