About the Role

As our Preschool ECT, you will:

• Deliver a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS

• Create engaging, play-based learning environments

• Foster a strong sense of belonging for children and families

• Build meaningful partnerships with families and the community

• Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement

• Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported

About You

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood education

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes

• Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident documentation and computer skills

• A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork

• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
