As our Preschool ECT, you will:
Deliver a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Create engaging, play-based learning environments
Foster a strong sense of belonging for children and families
Build meaningful partnerships with families and the community
Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement
Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported

We have a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm, and all educators are expected to actively contribute to a culture of safety.
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood education
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident documentation and computer skills
A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
