WHY JOIN US?

We believe exceptional educators create exceptional outcomes for children. Our Centre is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, where every team member is valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

We recognise high-quality practice does not look the same in every room. We value and respect the unique strengths, abilities, interests, and teaching styles of our educators, and we encourage individuality in programming, planning and curriculum implementation. No two rooms are exactly the same, and we celebrate diversity while ensuring all programs remain intentional, meaningful, and responsive to children's learning and development.

WE OFFER:

  • A supportive and collaborative leadership team

  • Flexibility around work hours - supporting a healthy work/life balance

  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression

  • A positive workplace culture that values innovation, reflection, and continuous improvement
