You are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
You will have:
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Standard
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting obligations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
As an Assistant Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to:
• Create warm, nurturing and engaging learning environments
• Support children's development, wellbeing and sense of belonging
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of quality educational programs
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Uphold the philosophy, values, policies and practices of the service
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children

While educators with 3+ years of experience are highly regarded, we also encourage passionate Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators who are newer to the sector to apply.
