Brisbane Music Studio has a position vacant for a piano teacher to join our fantastic teaching team from term three, 2026. 

We are looking forward to welcoming a teacher (or teachers) for either/both of the following: 

• Monday - commencing 13th July

• Tuesday - commencing 14th July

Students often range in age and so the right applicant would be comfortable with teaching students of all ages, with strategies to meet the needs of a diverse student base.  The ideal candidate will also be creative in their approach, will be familiar with the AMEB syllabi and will be experienced at guiding students through. However, if you aren't AMEB confident, don't let that stop you applying as it's something we can help with, if you're happy to learn! 

TEACHING HOURS

Teachers at BMS (as we're known to our friends) need to be available from early/mid-afternoon through the evening on weekdays, and student numbers vary based on enrolments.

• Additionally, teachers must have a current Blue Card and a legal right-to-work in Australia.
