About the role

Are you an experienced education professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a driven and organised Operations / Campus Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our registered training organisation (RTO).

This role is based across two campuses under the same college — Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast) and Fortitude Valley (Brisbane). The successful candidate will typically work 3 days per week at one campus and 2 days per week at the other, with the exact split to be confirmed during the hiring process. Reliable transport between sites will be required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of trainers, assessors and administrative staff

• Oversee daily campus operations to ensure a high-quality student and staff experience

• Monitor and enforce compliance with ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework and internal policies and procedures

• Coordinate class scheduling, room allocation and resource planning

• Manage student enrolments, attendance monitoring and progression records

• Handle staff performance, onboarding, induction and training

• Support continuous improvement activities including audits, policy reviews and self-assessments

• Manage campus facilities

• Escalate and resolve student complaints, staff matters and operational issues promptly

• Prepare reports for senior leadership on enrolment, compliance and operational performance

• Foster a positive, inclusive and professional campus culture

About you

• Proven experience in an operations, campus or centre management role

• Excellent people management and communication skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Relevant qualification in Business, Management or Education (desirable)
