About the role

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant training and assessment to students in your area of expertise

• Mark assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students

• Maintain accurate student records and attendance in line with RTO requirements

• Work collaboratively with our admin and compliance teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement and validation activities

Requirements

• TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)

• Relevant trade or vocational qualification for your discipline -— OR a current and updated trainer matrix demonstrating equivalent competency

• Current industry experience in your area (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time

• Reliable and professional
