About the Role   
 
As an Early Childhood Teacher at our Macgregor centre, you will:

• Lead and implement high-quality, play-based learning programs
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best-practice pedagogy
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement across the centre
• Support and empower educators through collaboration and leadership

  About You

• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Warm, engaging, and committed to high-quality outcomes for children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about reflective practice, innovation, and professional growth
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
