We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and caring Trainee Educator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in early childhood education while completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As a Trainee Educator, you will earn while you learn, receiving hands-on experience, ongoing support, and mentoring from our experienced leadership team and educators. You will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while building valuable skills and knowledge for a rewarding career in the sector.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will work closely with our team to support the daily operation of the centre and contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and implementation of educational programs and learning experiences.

• Support the creation of a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for children.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators.

• Assist with meeting children's daily care routines, including feeding, sleeping, and hygiene needs.

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through meaningful interactions and play-based learning experiences.

• Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all children.

• Participate in professional learning and complete all requirements of the Certificate III qualification.

About You

You are passionate about working with children and eager to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to supporting young children's growth and development.

You will have:

• No previous qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care and have not previously completed a Certificate III or Diploma Traineeship.

• A genuine passion for working with and caring for children aged 0–6 years.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to learning.

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
