Lead an Established Centre Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our well established Wollert service.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead an established service with an experienced team and strong foundations.
You will work closely with your leadership team to maintain high standards, support educator growth, strengthen family engagement, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day to day operations and ensure compliance with Regulations and NQS
• Maintain and strengthen the centre's positive culture and team engagement
• Support, mentor and develop educators and leaders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
• Drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional family experience
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment
• Continue building on the centre's strong reputation and success
About You
• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience as a Centre Manager or strong Assistant Centre Manager ready to step up
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams
• Strong knowledge of NQF, Regulations and Compliance
• Experience maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
