Clean Health Group is seeking a sharp, compliance-savvy RTO Manager to lead and scale two nationally recognised training organisations under the one brand — the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) and Vast Fitness Academy. This is a hands-on leadership role where regulatory excellence meets commercial ambition.

As we scale toward our ambitious goal of certifying 1 million+ professionals by 2030, we need a leader who can keep us compliant, funded, and growing — across two RTOs, simultaneously.

The Role

You will take full ownership of RTO operations across both brands, ensuring 100% ASQA compliance while driving revenue growth, optimising government funding, and delivering outstanding student outcomes. This is a 100% remote role that demands a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Funding Leadership: Maintain audit-ready operations across both RTOs, adhering to the Standards for RTOs 2015 and the upcoming 2025/2026 standards while maximising government funding allocations.

• Commercial Growth: Drive revenue through funding streams and commercial enrolments, identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities across both brands.

• Student Success: Implement systems and strategies that lift satisfaction, retention, and graduation rates.

• AI-Forward Operations: Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools — from AI-assisted assessment to intelligent compliance reporting. The VET sector is evolving fast, and so are we. Adaptability in this space is not optional; it is central to how we operate.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Trainers, Assessors, and operational staff across a remote-first environment.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven RTO management or senior compliance experience, with deep knowledge of ASQA, the AQF, and government funding frameworks.

• Commercially sharp, with a track record of balancing regulatory integrity with business growth.

• Genuine Embrace of AI & Automation. This is not a box-ticking requirement. The VET sector is evolving rapidly, and so are we. We are looking for someone who actively leans into emerging technologies — AI-assisted marking, automated student engagement workflows, intelligent reporting tools — and sees them as genuine levers for quality and efficiency, not threats to the status quo. Adaptability in this space is not optional; it is central to how we operate and where we are heading.

• A Hands-on Executor, who can lead, implement, and problem-solve, ensuring funding compliance and operational profitability without getting stuck in red tape.
